The following post is a year full of pictures . . . how the Huneycutts spent 2011. It was a wonderful year with many blessings!
In January, Jacob won the school geography bee and is pictured with Dr. Farrah, the moderator.
2011 saw our biggest snows ever. When you added up all of our snow days, we missed two full weeks of school due to the white, fluffy stuff.
We spent a lot of time indoors. At home.
Night sledding at St. Joseph's close to our house.
March brought Spring Break. We made several day trips including Gentry's Wilderness Safari,
Lake Lincoln,
Laura Ingalls Wilder's home outside Springfield, Missouri,
and Silver Dollar City.
In April, Jacob got to compete in the state geography bee.
Easter
In May, the Seamans came to visit, and we took a hike to Tanyard Creek. The waterfall was in full force.
Jacob went on the Explorers Club trip to St. Louis with his two best friends, Joel & Ethan.
In June, our church had Vacation Bible School. Here is Samuel in a relay race against Pastor Mike.
We took a short outing to Prairie Grove National Battlefield Park.
We canoed the Buffalo River.
We spent many hot afternoons swimming at Aunt Ann's house.
We loved Schlitterbahn outside San Antonio during our summer vacation to Texas.
